We ship worldwide!
All orders will, in normal circumstances, be dispatched on the day or by the end of the next working day following payment.
We ship all over the world via the UK's Royal Mail First Class and other airmail tracked services. Parcels are despatched in waterproof bags to avoid damage in transit.

We ship our gowns internationally from the UK by fully tracked airmail services.
The postage price does not include any local import duties or local taxes which may arise. The recipient is responsible for any such charges.
Deliveries should normally arrive within two weeks following despatch but please appreciate that international delivery can be unpredictable and may occasionally incur unforeseen delays (*Canadian Post can be slow at times). One should also allow for more delivery time at certain notable times, particularly during Christmas or other vacations.
The buyer may return any item within 21 days of receipt as long as it is unwashed and unworn. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may choose a refund or exchange your item for another.
If a refund is required, it will be credited to the original method of payment.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.
Unless an item is faulty, not as ordered or it is otherwise stated the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Due to the nature of hand block printed materials, some inaccuracies can occur. This may be regarded as part of their charm, as our hand printed items are never exactly the same. Please bear this in mind when purchasing. However, if you do believe an item to be faulty (or not the item you ordered) please get in touch via email or the contact page and we will help to sort out the problem as soon as is possible.
